1974 American Eagle | |
Original name: American Eagle Other names: -- Description: White jumpsuit with American Eagle design on front and back done in embroidery. Belt: 3rd "American Eagle Belt" (Aloha) Original "American Eagle Belt"
Information:
This suit could be considered as an 'upgraded' version of the 1973 American Eagle. The suit made it's debut during the very short 1974 May tour, along with three other new jumpsuits for that year; "Peacock", "Blue Swirl" and "Turquoise Phoenix". Although original belts were made for all three suits, Elvis didn't wear any of the suits with them when he first wore them. This suit was first worn with the third "American Eagle Belt", and the original belt was used during the 1974 June/July tour. |
